      Yes.  Each condominium is allotted one assigned parking space and one additional "open" parking
      space.

Q. Are there assigned boat slips?

     Yes. Each condominium conveys with an assigned boat slip.

Q. What size are the boat slips?

     The piers are 20’ long and the boat parking width is 9'4".

Q. What are the recurring monthly maintenance HOA fees?

     Monthly fees are as follows:
                     Floor Plan Types A, B, and B1                     $347.35
                     Floor Plan Types C, D, and E                       $404.93

Q. What are the estimated annual taxes and insurance?

The monthly fee includes a portion for landscaping, grounds and pool maintenance, water, trash  
      pick up, basic cable and a reserve fund.

 Q. Are there any rental restrictions?
 
      At this time there are no rental restrictions, although the HOA may restrict occupancy, parking,   
      rentals during high peak times, and length of rental period.  Occupancy levels may not exceed 2
      persons per bed in each unit.     

Q. Are there any rental restrictions?

    
Household pets including dogs, cats, birds, or fish are permitted.  No more than two dogs and one
     cat is permitted at any one time for each unit.
