Q. Will there be assigned parking?

      Yes, the developer will assign one parking space per unit. The assignment will take place near the        closing of the project.

Q. Will there be assigned boat slips?

     Yes, the developer has assigned one boat slip per unit.

Q. What size are the boat slips?

     20’ x 9‘4”

Q. Can I park my boat and trailer in an unassigned parking space?

     Yes, but this will limit you to only one vehicular parking space. The boat must identify the owner name and phone number and be covered appropriately as to give an attractive appearance for the project. Derelict boats my be towed and stored at the owner’s expense at the discretion of the President or his/her assigns.
